E-conversion project was established with BPR Project, which was started in 1994 at Ata Invest.

Ata Invest has started a BPR Project in accordance with "Total Quality Management strategy" in 1994. During the project, Microsoft gave support to improve Ata Invest' s technologic capabilities for the best available market competition.

All workflows were reviewed, the existing departmental structure was re-organized to suit up-to-date trade requirements, markets, competitors targeting better understanding of trends in the world.

The restructuring that was started in 1994 was put in application in January 1st 1996, and then it was extended to the all units of Ata Invest. The Quality System was certified for ISO 9000 by SGS Yarsley in 1997.

The team made of Ata Invest' s Information Technology (IT) Department and 3rd party consultants wrote the famous ATP program. Then ATP programming was nominated by Microsoft as "Financial Programming Oscar of the Year" and awarded the special prize at USA Smithsonian Institute. IT Department of Ata Invest was restructured to become a standalone company to sell the ATP programming service in accordance with Ata Investment's principal that is "Knowledge grows with sharing". The company, Tradesoft, became a famous brand serving the companies that have been currently holding 40 percent of ISE volume. Tradesoft and Ticaretnet, two new technology companies that were ventured within Ata Holding.

Ata Invest heavily supported the growth, venturing two new technology companies within the holding, to support service enlargement project after carefully analyzing market conditions. Ticaretnet designed the e-branch of Ata Invest.

Finance and Technology

Money markets could not isolate themselves when, human life is integrating with the technology more and more. Internet applications are becoming part of the daily life. Customers, who clearly understand today's technology, do not wish to choose the old ways wasting their time waiting in the lines. They would like to have all available knowledge and create new investment opportunities for themselves. As a summary, in the new era money markets were needed to change. Customers are no longer satisfied when they do business using investment specialists. Ata Invest that clearly understands today's reality has established the first e-branch to service to its valuable customers.

Ata Invest has been using E-business 2000 CRM Siebel application, which is the leader of in its field.
