Our HR Policy:

At Ata, it is believed that the most important asset is human capital. Since our establishment, retaining the best talent available in the market has been an on-going principle. Maintaining high quality in our services and efficient productivity is key to managing human resources.

The recruitment and performance evaluation procedures are designed to attain perfection in human resources management and performance criteria set to bring out the best efficiency and productivity features of each position. Performance evaluations are also used to identify training needs and programs.

Priority is given to in-house promotions to maintain the continuity and encourage in-house career development; management-training programs are given emphasis and implemented effectively. In 2005, a total of 2,032 hours of analytical training was provided by internal and external instructors. “Training the trainer” programs are provided to our professionals to help equip them with further instructing capabilities.
